LEVEL 1
The Admission Counsellor — 20 sessions
The counsellor is the owner of the student’s outcome. Each session is 45-60 minutes, one-to-one,
roughly one per week. Their job is to convert ambition into ten submitted, well-matched applications — and then into offers and a visa pathway.

LEVEL 2:
The In-Country Expert — 40 batch sessions
This is our signature USP made real. The expert lives in the destination country and runs 40 cohort sessions (two per week) across the five months. They are NOT duplicating the counsellor’s paperwork — they build the student’s skill, profile and real-world readiness, and feed the raw material (story, projects, evidence) that makes the application strong.
Month 1 · Orientation & reality (8 sessions)
Session 1:
How a master’s in [country] works: academic culture, grading, expectations, contact hours.
Session 2:
The field landscape: which sectors hire, salary bands, in-demand skills this year.
Session 3:
Work-while-studying rules, internships, and the post-study work visa — what is real vs. myth.
Session 4:
What European admissions committees genuinely value (vs. common Indian assumptions).
Session 5:
CV to destination-country standard — first build; LinkedIn / professional presence set up.
Session 6:
Field-specific skill audit: where the student stands, what to demonstrate.
Session 7:
Raw material for the story: surfacing the experiences that will anchor the SOP.
Session 8:
Open Q&A with someone who lives there — the questions agencies can’t answer.
Month 2 · Profile building (8 sessions)
Session 9:
Reading a program curriculum and matching yourself to it (this feeds the SOP).
Session 10:
CV finalisation to target-country standard; quantifying achievements.
Session 11:
Projects / portfolio: starting or sharpening field-relevant evidence.
Session 12:
Positioning internships, jobs and academic work for a European reader.
Session 13:
Informational interviews and networking inside the country — how and with whom.
Session 14:
Employability metrics: how to read a program’s real graduate outcomes.
Session 15:
Articulating “why this program, why this country” out loud (SOP rehearsal).
Session 16:
Field deep-dive: current trends the student should reference credibly.
Month 3 · Story & evidence (8 sessions)

Sharpening the SOP narrative from a field perspective — does the story make sense here?
Session 18:
Turning experiences into evidence the committee will believe.
Session 19:
Country-specific application nuances (grade conversion, university types, prerequisites).
Session 20:
Interview preparation begins — formats some programs use.
Session 21:
Professional references: what universities and employers actually verify.

Month 4 · Submission support & funding (8 sessions)

Mock interviews — intensive, country- and field-specific.

Scholarships and funding: DAAD, Erasmus+, university and state scholarships — how to apply.

Writing a strong scholarship/motivation statement.
Session 28:
Visa pathway preview for the destination country.

Financial proof and blocked-account logic (e.g., Germany) explained early.

Housing market reality and timelines — start now, not after the offer.

Building a professional network before arrival.

Month 5 · Landing & launch (8 sessions)

Visa interview preparation and document drill.
Session 34:
Cost of living, banking and money set-up in the destination city.
Session 35:
Accommodation: securing it, avoiding scams, registration (e.g., Anmeldung).
Session 36:
Part-time work rules and finding the first student job.
Session 37:
Cultural integration and first-month survival.
Session 38:
Health insurance, enrolment and university onboarding.
Session 39:
Long-term career roadmap in-country (and the language level it will require).
Session 40:
Cohort send-off: a living network of peers heading to the same country.
LEVEL 3:
The Language Trainer — 8 sessions
Reaching genuine CEFR A1 in a language like German typically takes 60–100 guided hours. Eight live sessions cannot, on their own, certify a student at A1. What eight sessions can do extremely well is launch the student — an A1 Foundation: survival language, correct pronunciation, exam orientation, and a structured self-study system that a motivated student rides the rest of the way to A1.
